Airports in the Northeast are finally digging out once again on Friday as they work to reopen and get back in business.
Meanwhile, the Southeast is feeling the effects of Mother Nature.
Airports in Atlanta, New Orleans and Dallas expect snow and could find out what Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington went through, but the Southeast won’t see nearly as much accumulation as the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
Some northeastern states reported recordbreaking snowfall of over 3 feet. Atlanta is preparing for 3 inches of snow. That’s enough for Delta to cancel 400 flights.
Anyone traveling to Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi or South Carolina aboard Delta Air Lines can make one-time changes to tickets without fees through Sunday.
