Edin Dzeko are not regularly Manchester City squad somehow, but in January Bosnian striker could be Arsene Wenger’s team.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger continues to search for more attacking prowess in his front line. Nov. 21, 2012 it appears that both Manchester City and Crystal Palace hold the players of the French manager’s greatest desire.
Edin Dzeko in Sunspeak. Arsène Wenger is also eyeing up 20-year-old Real Madrid tease Alvaro Morata, Derby’s 17-year-old midfielder Will Hughes and 24-year-old Ipswich Town midfielder Liam Trotter. He also has a longstanding in interest in Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha but so does everyone else, including, none other than Real Madrid.
Manchester City’s Edin Dzeko is also a top target for the London club. Edin Dzeko has been on fire off of the bench for the defending English Premier League champions but is still not being given regular playing time in the starting 11 despite all of his achievements.
Arsenal could have the ability to give him more time up front and rotate him with and around the playing time of Olivier Giroud. Dzeko also could be slightly easier to pry away from his club than Zaha but will have a much larger wage bill.
The January transfer window is expected to be a very busy one for Arsenal despite their traditionally slow winter seasons, but with the club slipping down the EPL table, the board may finally dip into their £50 million in profit from last year.
