Bryant hit 3 pointer on buzzer

Kobe Bryant hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer to make Lakers go 109-108 ahead of  Sacramento on New Year’s Day at Staples Center.

Bryant has been doing it all season. It’s the third time this season Bryant has come through with a game-winning shot as time expired — not bad for a player who is the reincarnation of Jerry West, who was known as “Mr. Clutch.”

This latest time, Bryant’s shot culminated a rally in which the Lakers came back from 15 points in the second half, as he finished with 39 points and improved his scoring average over the past 10 games to 35.7.

On Dec. 16, he hit a jumper in overtime to give the Lakers a 107-106 victory over the Bucks, and on Dec. 4, Bryant hit a 3-pointer from the top of the key to clinch a 108-107 victory over Miami.
