Diablo 3 news – Blizzard entertainment will include real money auction house in its long anticipated Diablo III. Diablo 3 players will be able to buy and sell loot they find within Diablo III.

Diablo III is all set for a May 15 launch and analysts project that Diablo 3 is expected to ship at 3.5 million units only in 2012. The projection reflects on Diablo II ‘s sale numbers which was released in 2000 sold over 4 million units in its first year and the new and eagerly waited Diablo 3 is a much better game in regards to its performance and the number of gamers have increased at least ten-fold.

And there is more than a few new reasons why Diablo 3 is expected to be a hit video game. For the first time in the cult game’s series, Diablo 3 has two versions of the auction house system which are gold-based auction house and real-money action house. In this auction house system, nominal transaction fee will be deducted from the seller if the item that has been put up on auction is sold.

Diablo 3 : Loot items market now with real money

A 15% transaction fee will be deducted from the sale price of an item that gets sold in the auction for the gold based auction house. However, in the real money auction house, the equipments or weapons put up on sale will have a fixed transaction fee that will be deducted from the total sale price.

‘ Our goal with all of our games is to ensure players have a highly enjoyable, rewarding, and secure experience. Acquiring items has always been an important part of the Diablo series, but the previous games have not had a robust, centralized system for facilitating trades, and as a result players have turned to inconvenient and potentially unsafe alternatives, such as third-party real-money-trading organizations,’ Blizzard entertainment writes in its FAQ page.

Diablo III fans will have to make their purchases through a registered form of payment to their Battle.net account and when they sale items in the real house auction house, they can choose to receive the payment through their Battle.net account or through approved third party payment service such as PayPal in regions where this facility is available.

Diablo III players who are in the Battle.net account can have only $250 in that account and once that limit is reached, players will need to transfer the funds or spend the amount.

Diablo 3 Release Date for North America and Europe

Whether Diablo III players are waiting to buy gold or spend the money, the digital version of Diablo III will go live on May 15, and the retail version will be launched on June 7.

One of the great aspects of Diablo 3 is how the game stays true to its foundational roots. Game development company Blizzard Entertainment, integrated new graphics, classes, characters, and improved online features into its latest title, but the overall gameplay remains intact as any fan of the Diablo series wish it to be.

Here is an example : Through Diablo 3’s static isometric camera view… Modern games see camera views manipulated, zoomed and pan according to the player’s wishes. But in Diablo III, developers at Blizzard kept the same camera view in place as it has been for past Diablo series.

Diablo 3 is meanwhile a sequel to Diablo II and is a fantasy/horror-themed action role-playing game developed by Blizzard Entertainment. Diablo III is the third series in the über-successful Diablo franchise featuring hack and slash and dungeon crawl genres.

Coming back after 12 years, developers with the auction house system maybe in order to win back their loyal gamers and attract more fans and customers.

‘ Blizzard Entertainment seem to think they’ve got a blockbuster on their hands with Diablo 3, too. They’ve been advertising Diablo 3 like crazy on the web and on Tv. They’re planning to launch Diablo 3 simultaneously in various countries on May 15th, with several midnight events to mark the occasion,’ reports CinemaBlend.
