What makes Einstein different then the current World Record holder for the smallest horse in the world is that he is not a dwarf. He is as healthy as the other horses at the ranch it’s owners say except that Einstein is like the miniature version.

Thumbelina, who is the current World Record holder for the worlds smallest horse was officially classed as a dwarf horse weighed 8.5lb (3.8 kg), is currently 17.5-inch (44.5cm) tall and entered the Guinness Book of Records in 2006.

Since her recognition by the Guinness Book of Records, Thumbelina, has travelled over 27,000 miles (43.5 KM) in the U.S. visiting therapeutic riding centers, hospitals and special camps for disabled, troubled and ill children.

Einstein’s co-owners, Rachel Wagner and Charles Cantrell of Bellingham, Washington, hale the horse as a miracle and say that the miniature horse was also not premature and was actually born three days later then his due date.

Rachel Wagner, the co-owner of Einstein said “Most of the ones that are really tiny are what we call dwarves and have some sort of dysmorphic features. This little guy is like all horses he’s almost all leg, he is very perfect looking little boy and not dwarfy looking at all.”

Bir Yorum

  1. I recently had the good fortune to meet the owners of
    Einstein. Mr. Cantrell is the
son of Carmen Cantrell who is
    a resident of the retirement
    facility here in Bellingham,
The Parkway Chateau. I also have an apartment here. He and the co-owner of Einstein,
Rachel Wagner, were in Bellingham recently and I must
say, are very nice people, and a pleasure to meeet.
