Bad news streak continues for Besiktas Istanbul ! The black and whites have lost the trial of ex-player Matteo Ferrari and the former Italian international must be paid 7.8 million Euros at the end of October 2012.

Istanbul / Besiktas News – Bad news for the financially badly shaken “Black Eagles”! Besiktas lost the trial of ex-player Matteo Ferrari at CAS – the international Court of Arbitration for Sport – and will have to pay the Italian defender, who plays currently for Montreal Impact at US Major League, now € 7.8 million damages.

Besiktas vice president Ahmet Cebi only confirmed to the Turkish news agency DHA: ‘ We lost this process. This process has exploded in our arses. We are going to pay Matteo Ferrari 7.8 million Euros. We are still awaiting the official letter from the CAS. If this has been received, we will have to pay the amount within 30 days. However there is nothing more left to say. We must pay the price.’

Ferrari was signed by Besiktas during Yıldırım Demiroren’s presidency. Yıldırım Demiroren has left Besiktas with a debt over 300 Million Us Dollars. The former lover of Aida Yespica is now 8 Million Euros wealthier.

And now the same Demiroren is the boss of Turkish Football Federation, yes Turkish football is doomed !

Meanwhile the money Ferrari will receive is another matter that stirs confusion. Is Ferrari going to pay taxes for this huge amount of money and where and at which bank will the money be transferred and deposited ?
