Lake Balkash Frozen in Kazakhstan

Freezing temperatures in Central Asian country of Kazakhstan have made Lake Balkash frozen.

Temperatures fell 30 degrees Celsius below zero in some part of the country while northeastern part of the country saw minus 45 degrees Celsius.
