Several top rock and metal groups are going to perform in İstanbul during the  Sonisphere Festival in Turkey.

Bulgaria will be the first country to host the Festival in the summer of 2010.

Metallica, Heaven&Hell, Rammstein, and Alice in Chains, among others, have confirmed their participation in the event taking place on the Inönü Stadium in İstanbul on June 25-26-27June 2010.

Tickets will be on sale from 5 March, 2010 in Turkey at Biletix sale points.

The organisers of the Sonisphere Festival, Purple Concerts are very happy of the interest the event has already received.

It is widely per-sieved that the Sonisphere Festival is one of the most important organisations that Turkey has seen of such, to date.
