Besiktas presidential candidate Hürser Tekinoktay continues to structure his board.

After Ayfer Atay, a former Mayor of Besiktas Municipality became the first person to join Tekinoktay’s board in his presidential run for 2014, he announced the second name today in a press release.

Müslüm Gülhan, the director of department for physical education and the founder of sports academy at Haliç University Istanbul will join Tekinoktay’s team and will bring dynamism and contribute to r&d activities with his sportsmenship and management skills at Besiktas.

Mr Muslum Gulhan has presented the European Universities Football Championships 2011 in Istanbul. He is also coaching Halic University Football Team.

Tekinoktay’s agenda focuses to alter the unplanned and unorganized management of sports clubs in Turkey.

Hürser Tekinoktay is expected to announce one member of his executive board every month henceforth.
