Mehmet Ali Aydınlar, the president of Turkish Football Federation (TFF) and first and second vice-presidents, Göksel Gümüşdağ and Lütfi Ariboğan have resigned today.

Istanbul / NationalTurk – TFF president Mehemt Ali Aydinlar and two major officials at TFF board, Göksel Gümüşdağ and Lütfi Arıboğan, both vice-presidents, have resigned today from their duties at TFF. Such a move was expected after the TFF extraordinary meeting last week, but TFF announced yesterday that the president and the board would continue their spells nevertheless, as the match-fixing case took its toll on the TFF.

The shocking resignings have been announced today afternoon with a short statement from TFF. TFF will convey for another grand meeting on 27th February. Until then TFF will be represented by Hüsnü Güreli, a member of the TFF executive board.
