In Turkish Parliament already was a fight against the planned reform, now the Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan wants to rebuild the justice system in his country. The opposition is running because of storm – with success. The design should be improved.

For months, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan annoyed around with a justice and corruption scandal of enormous proportions. Now he has to postpone the planned response radical restructuring of the Turkish judicial system.

Erdogan’s government had initiated the reform as a response to the recent corruption scandal. It argues that anti-government forces in the judiciary have corruption investigation used as a political weapon against Erdogan. In the corruption scandal is about alleged bribes to an Iranian businessman ex-Minister of the Erdogan government. Thousands of police officers, judges and prosecutors have been forcibly transferred in December since uncovering the affair.
