Fenerbahçe Sports Club Istanbul may be upside down financially if the worst case scenario in the match fixing probe scandal should occur.

Fenerbahçe Sports Club confronts with the danger of losing $22 Million from broadcast rights, $17 Million from its success rate and 15 million liras from its championship. If they won’t be granted access to participate in the Champions League, $12 Million will be the sole loss from not entering the competition. Since the limit on foreign players per roster in the Bank Asya 1st League is three, eight players will have to leave the club, most probably on free transfers.
