Ankara / NationalTurk – The death toll in the fatal tornado that hit Turkey’s eastern province of Elazig on Monday has climbed to six.
Elazig Governor Muammer Erol stated that the tornado hit a construction shipyard in Maden town of Elazig province on Monday evening, killing four construction workers at the site and injuring eight others.
Two of the injured workers died in the hospital, raising the total death toll to six in the first fatal tornado incident in Turkey said governor Erol.
