Clashes in Istanbul during anti government protests

The clashes between demonstrators and police in Istanbul have claimed another casualty. A protester died of his injuries in hospital.

One day after the clashes between protesters and security forces in Istanbul, another man died of his injuries. The man was hit Thursday by a fragmentation grenade. “Unfortunately, he died today”, said the governor of Istanbul, Hüseyin Avni Mutlu, with. The man’s identity is still unclear. Eight other people were injured.
