Venezuela faces today the second day of a brief but intense campaign in which, according to polls, the Socialist candidate  Nicolás Maduro, launched an advantage over the opponent Henrique Capriles.

Recent polls of likely voters, conducted in the days before the start of the war-reveal a gap for that round Maduro 20 percentage units.

However, both candidates pursue their individual strategies aimed at mobilizing the widest possible set of followers across the entire geography of this country

After opening their campaign in the states of Barinas and Zulia, Mature continue on Wednesday its activities in the west of the country, specifically in the demarcations of Tachira and Merida.

Five other candidates participating in this fair election, but given the political landscape Venezuelan tired choices seem remote from all points of view.
