“In the next few months I will be taking a break from traveling the world as a tennis player. But I think for the best possible reason,” she wrote alongside a picture of herself grinning from ear to ear. Kerber thus also confirms the pregnancy report via its social media account.

According to “Bild”, the father of the child should be called Franco Bianco and be a fitness entrepreneur from near Frankfurt am Main. When Kerber took part in the Australian Open in Melbourne at the beginning of the year, he cheered for the German tennis player from the stands.
