Turkey’s state minister said they would make Istanbul as a regional and International global finance center in the world.
Turkish State Minister Cevdet Yilmaz Minister made a speech in the Global Economic Symposium in Istanbul (GES) on Tuesday. In his speech Yilmaz also evaluated the last economic crises which left many economies weaker than before.
Istanbul Finance Summit
Designed to provide an annual platform for discussions on the current state and future direction of the world finance, the Istanbul Finance Summit will host some of the most important figures of the global financial world from North America, Europe, the Gulf Region and East Asia. The discussions are expected to have significant impact on the direction of the new financial architecture following the deleterious effects of the global financial crisis.
The summit at the Bahcesehir University will end on September 30.
