Katy Perry is desperate for a role in Glee

American singer Katy Perry has recently admitted that she is desperate to star in the hit musical TV serie “Glee.”

And the actress has even asked her fans to start a campaign to get her on the show.

She exclaimed: “Please! I would love somebody to start that Facebook group and persuade them. I would absolutely love that.”

Susan Boyle, Jennifer Lopez, Justin Timberlake, Leona Lewis, Matt Lucas and Victoria Beckham have all been linked to roles on the show.

Perry’s fiancé Russell Brand recently claimed she’s a “brilliant actress”.
