Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to complete 16 hours of community service working at a morgue in a bid to avoid jail sentence, yet Lohan’s first day at her new job didn’t get off to the best start..

Despite the gravity of her ongoing legal problems, Lindsay Lohan made a lavish entrance as she pulled into the LA County Morgue’s car park in a $80,000 Porsche, before being turned away due to her tardiness. Lindsay got off to a bad start on her first day – arriving at the morgue 40 minutes late and being sent away, with her spokesperson blaming: ‘a combination of not knowing the entrance and confusion caused by the waiting media.’ “The ‘Mean Girl’ star’s tardy arrival at the morgue came a day after she was scolded by a judge for being terminated from a community service assignment at a women’s shelter. The hearing ended with Lindsay Lohan’s probation being revoked and her being led from court in handcuffs.

Lindsay Lohan Ordered To Work In A Morgue by court

After having her probation revoked earlier this week, judge Stephanie Sautner informed Lindsay Lohan that she must complete her service at the morgue in Los Angeles County Morgue before her next court hearing on 2nd November. Despite being given some grim tasks,  the 25-year old will not have to handle any bodies. Coroner’s office sources have claimed Lindsay Lohan’s tasks will include clearing up body parts and fluids on autopsy tables, as well as cleaning the toilets and rubbish.

Lohan will have to complete all 16 hours of community service in the next two weeks to have a chance at not being put back in prison.

Lindsay Lohan later tweeted: “I’m sorry for the confusion that I may of caused. Won’t happen again, now I know where to go!” with chief coroner Craig Harvey adding: “She has to show up on time.”
