Meghan Markle’s father is in the hospital

Disturbing news from Duchess Meghan’s family: According to media reports, the American’s father had to be taken to a hospital. A stroke is suspected.

Thomas Markle has struggled with health problems in the past. Before his daughter Duchess Meghan married British Royal Prince Harry, he said he had suffered two heart attacks.

And now the 77-year-old needs medical attention again. As reported by the US media, he was taken to a clinic by ambulance on Monday night. A stroke was suspected. The incident is said to have happened in Tijuana, Mexico, and Markle was taken to a hospital just across the US border. A video shows him lying on a couch with an oxygen mask over his face.

As is further reported, Markle could not talk to the rescue workers. Instead, he had to write his symptoms down on a piece of paper. He himself feared that he had suffered a stroke. He is currently receiving further medical treatment.

“Thanks to My Sister’s Disregard”

“Daily Mail” reporter Dan Wootton has received a statement from Markle’s other daughter Samantha: “My father is recovering in the hospital,” it says. He needs peace and quiet. “It’s a shame how much he’s been tortured and how much he’s had to go through over the past few years thanks to my sister’s disregard. It’s unforgivable,” she shared a swipe at Meghan.

According to his own statements, the father of the “Suits” actress should travel to London in early June to attend the celebrations for Queen Elizabeth II’s jubilee. And that, although Markle has no contact with the British royal family, he is even in a clinch with his daughter Meghan.
