The new England kit for the World Cup 2014 Brazil has been unveiled  less than year after the team debuted its previous outfit.

Stars including Wayne Rooney and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain can be seen modelling the revised Nike white shirts and white shorts in the newly released images.

The white home and red away shirts are available for £60 for a normal replica top or £90 for an England ‘Match’ shirt – advertised as the same shirt “the national team players will wear on the pitch in Brazil”.

It comes just 10 months since England first stepped out in the previous kit, when the team played the Republic of Ireland at Wembley on May 29, 2013.

The old strip – a white shirt with rounded collar and black trim paired with black shorts was criticised by supporters for its likeness to West Germany’s outfit from the 1960s and 1970s.

Manager Roy Hodgson will lead out the national side for their opening World Cup game at the Arena Amazonia, in Manaus, on June 14 – with kick-off at 11pm UK time.
