ISA World Windsurfing Competition will be held in Santa Catalina, Panama between the dates of 4th and 12th of May, 2013. World wide windsurfers will compete on behalf of their countries alone and within groups.

Thanks to 500. th Anniversary, this competition was supperted by Panama President Ricardo Martinelli and Ministery of Tourism Salo Sahama.

Panama hosted ISA World Junior Competition in 2012 in Playa Venao, ISA World Competition in 2011 in Playa Venao and ISA World Masters Competition in Santa Catalina in 2010.

Santa Catalina is located in Chiriqui Gulf, Veragaus. This region was discovered by windsurfers in 1970s and fishing is very famous in Santa Catalina.
