US vice President Visited Ataturk’s Mausoleum

U.S. Vice President Joe Biden on Friday following his reception by President Abdullah Gul at Cankaya Palace visited Turkey’s national leader’s mausoleum in Ankara.

The U.S. vice president arrived in Turkish capital of Ankara late on Thursday to hold talks with Turkish officials on Syria and terrorist PKK.

In the morning on Friday, Biden met Turkish Parliament Speaker Cemil Cicek over breakfast.

Joseph Biden will pay a visit to Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Istanbul on Saturday. Prime Ministry officials said that Biden will visit Erdogan in his residence in Istanbul on Saturday afternoon.

Vice President will also attend a Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Istanbul.

Biden will proceed to Greece after completing talks in Turkey, and return to the United States on December 5.
