The passengers are having a tough time as they are not getting proper information regarding the cancellation of flights.
\n\u201cThere is no information, they should at least inform us that there is a strike. I got up early in the morning and came here now they are saying flight is cancelled. We really don\u2019t know what to do,\u201d said, K Wasan, passenger.<\/p>\n

As the strike was called all of a sudden the passengers are in a fix as they don\u2019t know what to do because they are given an information on when the flights would resume. \u201cThey gave us no information but we read in the newspaper that there is going to be strike. But when we asked them they did not tell us that the flights would be cancelled or delayed. They said if the crew comes then the flight will take off but they cannot give a definite answer,\u201d said, passenger.<\/p>\n

Although, officials say that all efforts are being made to run the operations in a normal and smooth manner, according to Air India executives.<\/p>\n

The customer care officials have been advised to keep the esteemed passengers informed of changes in flight schedule in order to minimize any inconvenience. But the passengers are not getting correct information.\u201cThere is no clear information whether the flights will be cancelled, the officials in the counter are saying that when confirmation comes people will be informed,\u201d added, Tirpatpal Singh, passenger.<\/p>\n
