I\u2019m just reflecting,\u201d Ch\u00e1vez said, according to Reuters. \u201cBut this is very, very, very strange \u2026 it\u2019s a bit difficult to explain this, to reason it, including using the law of probabilities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ch\u00e1vez warned his fellow leaders, including his ally Bolivian President Evo Morales, that they should look out. \u201cWe\u2019ll have to take good care of Evo.
