The report in particular expressed concern over the Guantanamo prison, the freedom of speech and mistakes by the U.S. judicial system.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur American colleagues have confirmed that they\u2026 keep studying the Russian document. This confirms that the report was not drafted in vain,\u201d Dolgov told RIA Novosti on Friday. \u201cOf course, our document has a positive influence on our human rights dialogue with the United States,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Konstantin Dolgov said in mid-January that the Russian Foreign Ministry plans to annually publish reports on human rights violations in other countries.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on December\u2019s report, U.S. Department of State spokesman Mark Toner said Washington considers reports from other countries on the situation with human rights in the United States useful and is always open for them.<\/p>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #f00;\">Error, group does not exist!
