The star is said to be recovering well following the accident on tour…<\/h1>\n

Lady GaGa reportedly suffered concussion after being struck on the head with a metal pole during her Born This Way Ball tour show in Auckland, New Zealand on Saturday (9th June).<\/p>\n

The 26-year old was performing track Judas when one of her backing dancers – thought to be called Mark – accidentally hit Lady G on the head with the heavy object.<\/p>\n

Following the accident, GaGa told the audience: “I want to apologise, I did hit my head and I think I may have a concussion but don’t you worry I will finish this show.”<\/p>\n

The Bad Romance hitmaker then carried on with the gig, powering her way through her set which contained 16 more songs.<\/p>\n

According to GaGa Media, Lady G’s make-up artist Tara Savelo later confirmed that she had suffered concussion, adding that the star had recovered well.<\/p>\n

GaGa’s Little Monsters soon reached out to the singer on Twitter, with the phrases “GetWellSoonGaGa” and “PrayForGaGa” becoming trending topics on the mirco-blogging site.<\/p>\n
