Despite Erdogan dropped the charges, a Turkish court confined the boy.<\/h2>\n<p>Istanbul, Turkey \/ NationalTurk &#8211; The teenager, his name&#8217;s initials B.K from Bal\u0131kesir province has been sued for insulting Erdogan at Facebook and his trial continued at a Bal\u0131kesir Juvenile Court.<\/p>\n<p>Recep Tayyip Erdogan&#8217;s lawyer sent a letter of application which stated that Erdogan cannot attend the trial and drops charges against the teenager.<\/p>\n<p>Teenager&#8217;s lawyer\u00a0demanded the acquittal of his client upon this development, but it was denied by the judge. The judge read the insults openly at the court and said they are too groos in nature and sentenced B.K. for 11 months and 20 days in prison.<\/p>\n<p>According to Turkish law B.K won&#8217;t be going to prison directly unless he commit an offense during a 3 year observation period.
