Prosecutors and the relatives of victims will have two weeks to appeal.<\/p>\n<p>Pedophile killer Marc Dutroux was jailed for life eight years ago for the kidnap and rape in the 1990s of 6 young and teenaged girls, four of whom were murdered.\u00a0The announcement of her release has angered the parents of her and Marc Dutroux\u2019s victims.<\/p>\n<p>Paul Marchal, the father of An who was murdered with her friend Eefje Lambreck, after being kidnapped in 1995, described the decision as a thunderbolt.
