Rome \/ NationalTurk – The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and her lovely wife, Kate Middleton whose topless pictures reign the top at the internet searchs rankings, are on a nine-day tour of south-east Asia and the South Pacific.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile the global impact of Kate Middleton’s pictures gets bigger and bigger and the interest in Duchess of Cambridge’s topless photos increase rapidly as the Royal Family continues with threats to sue and ban any publicators who would publish Kate Middleton topless pictures, taken by a French papparazzi from a public place.<\/p>\n
Italy’s Chi magazine put its plan into motion to publish a series of topless photos of Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge on Monday, complete with a curt dismissal of the protests raised by the British royal family.<\/p>\n
The Italian magazine published 18 photographs of a topless Kate Middleton \u00a0spread over 19 pages of her and his spouse, Prince William sunbathing at a villa in southern France after the magazine’s editor, Alfonso Signorini, tweeted that “not even a direct call from the Queen” would stop him from publishing Kate Middleton nude photos.<\/p>\n
The photo sequence is no more compromising that the pictures published last week by French magazine Closer, and feature the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the balcony of the villa. Chi says Kate and William look ‘ like a normal couple in love ‘.<\/p>\n
The royal family’s lawyers will be in court in Paris on Monday seeking damages from Closer magazine’s publisher, Mondadori, and an injunction against further publication of the Kate Middleton topless photos. But no decision has been made on separate legal proceedings in Italy.<\/p>\n
The publishing company, Mondadori is controlled by former Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi. Chi magazine from Italy is also owned by him.<\/p>\n
Silvio Berlusconi’s daughter Marina, who manages Mondadori, defends the publication of kate Middleton naked pictures on last Sunday. She claims the publishing firm was exercising its editorial freedom and ‘doing its job’.<\/p>\n
She denied Mr Berlusconi had been consulted about publishing the contoversial Kate Middleton topless photos, claiming ‘my father is in politics, and with all respect has more to think of than a photo shoot of a naked body’.<\/p>\n
In its article accompanying Kate Middleton topless photos, Chi magazine also complimented Kate Middleton ‘s ‘practically perfect’ physique, while a separate article by a plastic surgeon speculates if Kate Middleton has had any cosmetic surgery.<\/p>\n
In his editorial,Chi magazine editor Alfonso Signorini had a couple of suggestions headed to the Royal Family:<\/p>\n
He argued that the furious royal family should in his humble opinion, run with the ball and react with typical Anglo-Saxon humour, saying ‘So what?’, instead of getting angry with the media, who are just exercising their right to report.<\/p>\n
Signorini in an interview with Italy’s Corriere della Sera on Monday: “Since Kate is not exactly Alice in Wonderland, she should have expected this.”<\/p>\n
Then he adds: ‘ If I had had more scandalous photos of Kate Middleton \u00a0I would have willingly published them in a heartbeat ‘<\/p>\n
Signorini noted he has no fear of being sued by the Royal Family since Italian law allows for paparazzi to take photos from public property, even if they are photographing people on private property, which is the case for the paparrazi who has taken Kate Middleton topless pictures.<\/p>\n
Prince William on the other hand is said to be furious over the images, which drew comparisons with press harassment of his mother Princess Diana who died in a Paris car crash in 1997 while pursued by French paparazzi. The oldest prince is believed to blame the press photographers for his mother\u2019s tragic death.<\/p>\n
