Chelsea boss Roman Abramovich ‘s only wants to transfer to Atletico Madrid Colombian striker Radamel Falcao.<\/h1>\n

Chelsea plan to unsettle the delicate ecosystem in the \u00a350m Spaniard’s Faberg\u00e9 head by purchasing two new strikers. They’re putting together a \u00a310m-a-year contract for Atl\u00e9tico Madrid’s Radamel Falcao, and might purchase Gonzalo Higua\u00edn from Real too, seeing as they’re in town shopping.<\/p>\n

Torres, meanwhile, has started to worry about the hessian sack with bricks in it. He doesn’t want to go in the sack with bricks in it!<\/p>\n

The champions of Europe is\u00a0Falcao\u00a0<\/strong>who is seen as the most lethal recognised striker on the planet after leading the Europa League scoring charts twice.<\/p>\n

Abramovich is certainly keen after witnessing first hand the way the Colombian International ripped his Chelsea team to shreds in the European super cup as Athletico prevailed. The Colombian scoring 4 goals that night.<\/p>\n

The January transfer is officially only hours over a month away. Chelsea\u00a0\u00a0continue to be frustrated by poor results, as two straight draws under new manager Rafael Benitez are sure to have Roman Abramovich scrambling once again.<\/p>\n

However, the rumor mill continues to flourish around the possible transfers of some of the biggest stars to Stamford Bridge over the course of the next few months.<\/p>\n

The obvious choice is that of Radamel Falcao, who\u2019s banging goals in for fun at Atletico without the input of a \u00a3100m midfield quartet behind him, thus he is the first choice transfer target of Real Madrid and the Stamford Bridge brigade this winter with both sides closely monitoring his situation.<\/p>\n

As reported in today\u2019s football gossip columns Real Madrid are ready to make the first move for Falcao by stumping up a hefty \u00a345million bid for the Colombian striker, formally of Jose Mourinho\u2019s Porto.<\/p>\n

Falcao, who scored five of Atletico\u2019s six goals in their demolition of Deportivo at the weekend is said to favour La Liga over life in the UK.<\/p>\n

Aside from a tactical rewiring of the Chelsea squad there is the money spent on Torres to consider, for his resale value is a fraction of what he cost two years back, meaning his relegation to the bench is dead money and could not be sold alone to finance the move for \u00a345m Radamel Falcao.<\/p>\n

Either way, it seems certain Atletico Madrid will have a fight on their hands to retain Falcao, with just about every major European club taking interest in the goal machine, but speaking of Abramovich\u2019s track record its foolish to rule Chelsea out of the running for his signature.<\/p>\n\n
