Hollywood star Pamela Anderson suffered a stumble and a wardrobe malfunction as she became the first celebrity to be axed from Dancing on Ice last night.<\/h1>\n

The former Baywatch star and Playboy model, 45, was sent crashing out on the first night of the ITV competition, losing a dance off against television funnyman Keith Chegwin after problems with her dress.<\/p>\n

A stunned looking Pamela \u00a0Anderson said afterwards she was sad to have been knocked out, but added: \u201cI just stumbled, my dress…my boobs fell out, it happens.\u201d<\/p>\n

It came after Coronation Street star Samia Ghadie kicked off the new series tonight saying she felt added pressure and worry because of speculation over her relationship with dance partner Sylvain Longchambon.<\/p>\n

Despite sitting third following the judge\u2019s vote, Anderson and partner Matt Evers took part in the \u201csafety skate\u201d against Chegwin and Olga Sharutenko after slipping into the bottom two once the public votes were added.<\/p>\n

The judges unanimously voted to axe the Canadian-born actress, who danced to Sinead O\u2019Connor\u2019s cover of Elton John\u2019s Sacrifice, preferring \u201cCheggers\u201d routine set to Carl Orff\u2019s Carmina Burana.<\/p>\n

Writing on Twitter afterwards, Anderson added: \u201cThanks for everything. Sorry I was voted off… My dress fell apart in save-me skate. Devestated (sic).<\/p>\n

\u201cSorry international calls were not excepted (sic). I couldn\u2019t vote with my own phone.\u201d<\/p>\n

When she came off the ice, presenter Phillip Schofield had quipped: \u201cIf it had happened a little earlier this evening you\u2019d have been guaranteed a place in the final.\u201d<\/p>\n

Actress Ghadie, who plays Maria Connor in Corrie, was first to take to the ice in front of the judges on television.<\/p>\n

Speaking before she and Longchambon danced, Ghadie said she wanted to \u201cgo out there and put everything else to one side and hopefully do my friends and my family proud\u201d.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week Hollyoaks star Jennifer Metcalfe pulled out of ITV\u2019s diving talent show Splash! days after she was reported to have split with professional dancer Longchambon.<\/p>\n
