Paris Hilton spent most of her 32nd birthday in hospital when her boyfriend River Viiperi received a nasty gash to his leg in a skiing accident in Lake Tahoe.<\/h1>\n

Party animal Paris Hilton proved that age isn’t slowing down her down.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

The socialite, who turned 32 on Sunday, was the guest of honour at the opening of Peek Nightclub inside Harrah’s Casino Lake Tahoe on Saturday night and didn\u2019t fail to put on a good show.<\/span><\/p>\n

Accompanied by her loved ones including her parents and boyfriend, the celebrity host took to the stage in front of fellow party-goers.<\/p>\n

She writhed around on the stage floor as she greeted fans dressed in racy suspender illusion tights and a short black frock featuring gold sequin patterns.<\/p>\n

The blonde teamed it with high heel shoes and a head slide in the shape of cat ears.<\/span><\/p>\n

Her 21-year-old partner River Viiperi was a gentleman and swiftly lifted her up off the floor to help save face.<\/span><\/p>\n

Apparently the group attended the event from 12:45am until 3:30am but Paris\u2019 fun and frolics came screeching to a halt the following day when her toy boy was admitted to hospital.<\/span><\/p>\n

The reality TV star continued her birthday celebrations on Sunday by hitting the slopes with her man.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

But the fun was cut short by a scary skiing accident.<\/span><\/p>\n

Paris explained on her Twitter account: \u2018Just got out of the hospital with @RiverViiperi. He was doing a high jump while skiing & the ski sliced in to his leg! 19 stitches! Oww! (sic)\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

The beauty played the doting girlfriend as she sat by her boyfriend’s hospital bedside, but admitted that she \u2018almost passed out\u2019 after seeing the nasty cut on his leg.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She wrote: \u2018Such a scary day on the slopes today. After seeing the gash on @RiverViiperi’s leg, I almost passed out. I have never seen a cut that deep in my life. He is so brave, I can’t even imagine the pain he went through today. (sic).\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

River was clearly grateful to have Paris by his side, tweeting the Hilton Hotel heiress: \u2018Thank you for being there for me my Love, your the best Girlfriend in the world!! I’m so lucky to have you! #love (sic).\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

After the ordeal, Paris salvaged what was left of her birthday as the couple flew home to Los Angeles for a night in.<\/p>\n
