It\u2019s nice that we just celebrate each other\u2019s careers, that\u2019s what the song is about, coming together to empower each other.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis song was meant for us at this time.\u201d The soulful pair have known each other since they were teenagers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve become really good friends,\u201d admitted Alicia, 28. \u201cWe\u2019ve both been in the business about the same amount of time and both signed to Columbia records together when we were 14.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was like a party in the studio, the energy was so high and the chemistry was genuine, we\u2019re doing the video for that one next.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Alicia made a fleeting visit to London to perform an extraordinary live sess-ion for BBC Radio 1Xtra, airing on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Now the girl is targeting a duet with her idol Prince, 51.<\/p>\n<p>She admitted: \u201cI met Prince before.
