File Pic<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h1>Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Friday ruled out normalization of relations with nuclear armed arch rival Pakistan till the country ends terror.<\/h1>\n<p>New Delhi, March 8\/Nationalturk &#8211; A day before Pakistani Premier\u2019s visit to country, Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today ruled out normalization of relations with nuclear armed arch rival Pakistan till the country ends terror.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIndia has made sincere efforts to normalise its relations with Pakistan and had achieved some progress. People to people contacts have gone up and trade relations between the two countries have shown improvement,\u201d Singh told upper house of parliament today.<\/p>\n<p>He, however, said there cannot be normalisation of relations between the two countries till the \u2018terror machine\u2019 active in Pakistan is brought to end.<\/p>\n<p>Prime Minister Singh said this has been Indian government\u2019s policy for past nine years and would continue in the coming times as well.<\/p>\n<p>India has repeatedly alleged that Pakistani soil is being used by militants to plan attacks in India.<\/p>\n<h2>Pakistan PM will be arriving in India today<\/h2>\n<p>Pakistan Prime Minister Raja Parvez Ashraf will be arriving on a one-day visit to India tomorrow. He is scheduled to offer prayers at the famous dargah of Sufi saint Moinuddin Chisti in Indian city of Ajmer.<\/p>\n<p>His visit to India comes at a time when the two countries are facing chill in their ties over the beheading of Indian soldiers allegedly by Pakistani troops near Line of Control (LoC), the defacto border between India and Pakistan in Indian administered Kashmir in January this year.
