The second leg of the fierce derby played at Old Trafford  saw a goalless first half. However the game set alight with the start of the second half.<\/p>\n<p>Rooney headed in the critical injury time goal which secured Manchester United at the final of the Carling Cup 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Rooney said, &#8220;I know with our deliveries I will get chances and thankfully I took that one in injury time,&#8221; said Rooney.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ferguson said, &#8220;You like to win your derbies, The atmosphere tonight and the fact it was a semi-final tie added a lot of spice to the match.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Former Manchester United forward Carlos Tevez scored in the 76th minute to equal the two teams 3-3 on aggregate just before Rooney&#8217;s injury time winner.<\/p>\n<p>Mancini the Manchester City boss said, &#8220;We played very well in the first half, in the second half there were 10 minutes when we were under pressure, when United scored two goals, I am sorry for my players and supporters because we have not made the final but this is football and sometimes when you make mistakes, you lose.&#8221;<\/p>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #f00;\">Error, group does not exist!
