Written by bestseller author Dan Brown, Inferno attracted attention in Turkey especially for great presentation of Istanbul and one of the favourite columnists in Turkey, Ertugrul Ozkok wrote bestseller author\u2019s \u201cInferno\u201d. His comments are as below:<\/h1>\n

\u201cMy predictions were right. \u00a0Dan Brown discovered Vatican secrets in Istanbul. There are lots of important things in the new book of Dan Brown. I firstly thought about it when I read about the new book \u201cInferno\u201d of the bestseller author Dan Brown.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe publishers decided that the book would be published in 12 countries simultaneously. Therefore translators were called to London and they translated \u201cInferno\u201d. Among these countries, there was Turkey as well. And why Turkey? I thought there was an interesting point in that case. I researched but I could not find anything.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThere are three cities in Inferno. Dan Brown wrote three cities. First one in Florance, second one is Sienna and the third one is Istanbul. Only the geographical position was given as Istanbul instead of its name\u2026 A city connects both Asia and Europe\u2026 And Istanbul!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen the case is related with Dan Brown, I would like to know it. I researched and found that 150 pages of Inferno was in Istanbul. So which regions? Istanbul and Topkapi and Blue Mosque. I could read the book before it was published but I saw the image of Haghia Sophia on the back cover. When DaVinci Code was published, Paris Louvre Museum toke attraction a lot. There were many tours to Paris. Florance guess that Inferno will increase the tourists number in their city.<\/p>\n

Today the book is published. The case began in Florance, continued in Sienna\u2026 So Istanbul? Dan Brown once said me that \u201cI came here because of this\u201d He walked around the city for hours. Especially he stayed in Blue Mosque and took information.
