Manchester United to make the year’s biggest transfer with \u00a0the request of new Manager David Moyes Red Devils \u00a3 70m was offered\u00a0\u00a0Tottenham for\u00a0Gareth Bale.<\/h1>\n

Manchester United showed last season just how important the summer transfer window can be, with their acquisition of Robin van Persie widely credited with gifting them the title over Manchester City by a convincing margin.<\/p>\n
