\"Cannibal-Mad-Dog-Central-Africa\"<\/a><\/h1>\n

Local reporters in the Central Africa Republic have reported that a man has eaten another man\u2019s flesh during the intense conflict in the country.<\/h1>\n

Reporters said the man calls himself “Mad Dog”, and he succeeded in mobilizing Christian mob and attacked a Muslim man in the capital Bangui.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The conflict in the Central Africa Republic is fought on religious line with the anti-Balaka fighters being Christians and the Seleka fighters being Muslims.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Central African Republic has been in chaos since rebel leader Michel Djotodia ousted President Francois Bozize in March.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The man later was reportedly to have told a reporter from the BBC African Service that he had been angry because Muslims killed his pregnant wife, his-sister-in law and her baby.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

He said he had seen his victim sitting on a minibus and decided to follow him. When the bus stopped, he managed to persuade other Christians to join him in beating the man till he died. They then set him ablaze and after he had burnt, Mad Dog ate the leg.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Cannibalism is not common in the Central Africa Republic though is somehow common in other Eastern and Central African countries.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, President Micheal Djotodia has resigned as the leader of the Central Africa Republic in a deal brokered by regional leaders led by France.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Rival militiamen from both Christians and Muslims have also reportedly to have embraced each other and have laid down their arms after the deal which saw Mr. Djotodia leave power.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It was agreed that the National Transition Council will begin consultations on Monday with politicians and civil society members on electing the next leader of the country.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Red Cross Society say more 1,000 people have been killed since the violence broke out in the country with dozen others left homeless.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
