Till now all those arriving have been found to be healthy,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Vardhan denied reports that a \u201csuspect case\u201d of Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) has been detected in Chennai, capital of Southern Indian State of Tamil Nadu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIndian government was informed that a person had landed at Chennai airport from Guinea on August 9. He was checked for symptoms and was found healthy. However, the health authorities of the state are monitoring his health,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<h2>\u2018No Ebola virus case detected in India\u2019<\/h2>\n<p>Vardhan had said on Friday that \u00a0India does not have any confirmed or even suspected Ebola virus affected person.<\/p>\n<p>He said Indian government has advised Indians against non-essential travel to four West African countries \u2013Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Nigeria \u2013 which form the epicenter of EVD.<\/p>\n<p>A hospital in Indian capital, New Delhi &#8211; Dr.R M L Hospital has been designated for management of cases in Delhi.
