{"id":61975,"date":"2018-11-16T10:57:50","date_gmt":"2018-11-16T10:57:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nationalturk.com\/en\/?p=61975"},"modified":"2019-03-30T19:05:02","modified_gmt":"2019-03-30T19:05:02","slug":"rare-white-sparrow-seen-in-turkish-capital","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nationalturk.com\/en\/rare-white-sparrow-seen-in-turkish-capital\/","title":{"rendered":"Rare white sparrow seen in Turkish capital"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>A rare white sparrow, also known as &#8220;partially albino&#8221; due to the pigmentation in its eyes and part of wing, was seen in Turkish capital.<\/h2>\n<p>The bird was first photographed by Emin Yogurtcuoglu, a Turkish wildlife expert and bird observer, last year.<\/p>\n<p>It was also seen this year in Altinpark, one of the biggest public park in Ankara, together with its pair and other sparrows.<\/p>\n<p>Yogurtcuoglu, who has been observing birds in 60 countries, told Anadolu Agency that the sparrow has been living in the park since a year.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the bird is called partial albino because of \u201cthe blackness of its eyes and the pigmentation in a very small point on its wing,\u201d noting that every white bird could not be called as albino.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt always has a normal-looking pair, who never leaves its side.
