This was preceded by a street festival that, according to the police, was not approved. According to Contee, the victim was 15 years old. According to the police, there had been unrest at the festival beforehand: At first there were violent clashes, then participants were injured in a stampede. According to Contree, a police officer was among the wounded, and all three of the injured are being treated in hospital and are stable.<\/p>\n
The police did not provide any information about a perpetrator. Several firearms were seized after the incident.
