The allegedly drunk captain had rammed the pier with the 21-meter-long &#8220;Morska vila&#8221; when docking.<\/p>\n<p>All 50 passengers on board were unharmed, according to a website of Croatian television HRT. The police arrested the 44-year-old captain. A first test showed an alcohol level of one per thousand.
