The South African actress died in New York on Monday from an &#8220;unexpected and sudden illness&#8221;. This is reported by several US media, including the magazine &#8220;Variety&#8221;. It is not known what disease it was. Charlbi Dean Kriek was only 32 years old.<\/p>\n<p>The actress had just made a big breakthrough. She co-starred opposite Harris Dickinson in &#8216;Triangle of Sadness,&#8217; a satirical tragic comedy directed by Ruben Ostlund. The film premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2022.
