The 43-year-old first goes into her song “Wonder”, which was released a few days ago. She sings in it, translated into German, something like: “Make them wonder why you’re still smiling.” The song is her “survival anthem,” writes Pallaske.<\/p>\n
Then she reports on the “brutal attack” that is said to have happened in 2022: “A man broke into my house at night, overpowered me, armed with a knife, tried to rape me.” She describes it as a miracle that she “survived and was able to put him to flight”. For Pallaske it is clear: “It was the moment when I really felt the elemental force flowing through me and acting through me.”<\/p>\n
Ultimately, she describes the experience as “a blessing, an initiation” in itself and as a test passed “to step into a new chapter of my life”. That’s why she now calls herself Jana “Urkraft”. “Because once a woman has fought for her life like that, she’s never the same.” Now she wants to set up a foundation “to support victims of violent attacks”.<\/p>\n
