{"id":7924,"date":"2010-07-23T18:51:30","date_gmt":"2010-07-23T15:51:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nationalturk.com\/en\/?p=7924"},"modified":"2010-07-23T18:51:30","modified_gmt":"2010-07-23T15:51:30","slug":"california-2-year-old-child-attacked-and-killed-by-five-pit-bull-terriers-67374576","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nationalturk.com\/en\/california-2-year-old-child-attacked-and-killed-by-five-pit-bull-terriers-67374576\/","title":{"rendered":"California &#8211; 2 year old child attacked and killed by five pit bull terriers"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"font-size: 1.5em; text-align: justify;\">A two-year-old toddler has been killed by his family pit bull terriers after opening the garage door where the animals were being kept.<\/h1>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<figure id=\"attachment_7925\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7925\" style=\"width: 468px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7925\" title=\"Toddler killed by pitbulls\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nationalturk.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/Toddler-killed-by-pitbulls.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"468\" height=\"286\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nationalturk.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/Toddler-killed-by-pitbulls.jpg 468w, https:\/\/www.nationalturk.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/Toddler-killed-by-pitbulls-280x171.jpg 280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7925\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Police shut the street where the 2-year-old toddler was killed to investigate the scene. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The incident which occurred in Concord, California, United States, has shocked the community after the toddler was savaged by the five pit bulls.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the police, Jacob Bisbee, somehow managed to open the door of the garage letting three of the the pit bulls out which immediately targeted the toddler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Two of the other pit bulls who had been outside joined in the attack causing severe injuries to the 2-year-old.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bisbee was taken to hospital but died later in hospital. All five dogs were put down.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The step grandfather of the toddler who owned the five savage dogs was later arrested on the suspicion of child endangerment and owning dangerous animals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Police have said that they had no idea of what might have caused the attack on the toddler but the incident took place at around 8.45 am.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hayashi who admitted that he was not at home at the time of the attack acknowledged that he had owned the five animals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The police officer investigating the attack, Lieutenent Jim Lardieri, said: &#8216;The dogs were part of the household.
