Necla \u00d6zmen, who lives in Ankara, filed a paternity lawsuit on September 25 with the Ankara 27th Family Court, alleging that her biological father is U.S. President Donald Trump<\/a>. In her petition, \u00d6zmen stated that she was born in 1970 and is officially registered as the daughter of Sat\u0131 and Dursun \u00d6zmen.<\/p>\n

\u00d6zmen claimed that the man listed as her father, Dursun \u00d6zmen, passed away in 2009, and that the woman who raised her, Sat\u0131 \u00d6zmen, revealed the truth in 2017. According to \u00d6zmen, she was told that her biological mother was a U.S. citizen named Sophia, who allegedly became pregnant as a result of a relationship with Trump and later gave the baby to Sat\u0131 \u00d6zmen after delivering a stillborn child.<\/p>\n

\u00d6zmen requested a DNA test to determine paternity<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In its decision dated October 10, the court ruled that the claim was not supported by any tangible evidence. The ruling stated that the deficiencies in the lawsuit were substantive rather than procedural, meaning the court could not grant time to correct them. The court emphasized that a trial cannot be conducted based on claims and evidence that were not properly presented, and therefore rejected the case.<\/p>\n

Speaking after the ruling, \u00d6zmen said she has filed an appeal and has also submitted petitions to the U.S. Embassy and courts in the United States. She reiterated that her aim is not to cause harm, but simply to learn whether Trump is her biological father.<\/p>\n

\u201cI only want to know the truth,\u201d \u00d6zmen said. \u201cIf he agrees, this can be clarified with a DNA test. I would like to speak with him. I believe he is a good father and that he would not turn his back on me.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u00d6zmen added that she is awaiting the outcome of the appeal process.
