The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said the operation targeted locations identified as Hezbollah infrastructure, including weapons depots and launch platforms.<\/p>\n<h3>Weapons depots and launch sites targeted<\/h3>\n<p>In a statement, the IDF said the strikes were aimed at Hezbollah facilities in southern Lebanon.
