Spanish Prime Minister Pedro S\u00e1nchez addressed the nation after US President Donald Trump<\/a> warned that Washington could cut off trade with Spain over Madrid\u2019s stance on the Iran conflict. In his remarks, S\u00e1nchez said Spain firmly opposes war and criticized what he called the erosion of international law in global politics.<\/p>\n

S\u00e1nchez stressed that conflicts cannot be resolved through military force and warned against repeating past mistakes.<\/p>\n
