Gerekli tedbirlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, do\u011fumu takiben anne veya bebekte meydana gelebilecek istenmeyen sonu\u00e7lardan dolay\u0131 hekim sorumlu tutulamayacak.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcniversitelerde ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma uygulama merkezlerinde uzman doktor istihdam\u0131 i\u00e7in ek \u00f6demeleri, Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;ndaki muadillerine yak\u0131n hale getirilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda, CHP \u0130stanbul Milletvekili S\u00fcleyman \u00c7elebi ile \u0130zmir Milletvekili Aytun \u00c7\u0131ray, Genel Kurul&#8217;un sabah saatlerine kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatarak, komisyonun erken saatte toplanmas\u0131n\u0131 ele\u015ftirdiler. Getirilen tasar\u0131 ve teklifi inceleme f\u0131rsat\u0131 bulamad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ileri s\u00fcren CHP&#8217;li \u00fcyeler, durumu protesto etmek i\u00e7in toplant\u0131 salonundan ayr\u0131ld\u0131.\u00a0Yap\u0131lan m\u00fczakerelerin ard\u0131ndan tasar\u0131, Ak Parti&#8217;li Cevdet Erd\u00f6l&#8217;\u00fcn verdi\u011fi kanun teklifi ile birle\u015ftirilerek kabul edildi.<\/p>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #f00;\">Error, group does not exist!
